E-commerce Growth Marketing
Online store growth that respects your margins.
We help e-commerce brands acquire customers efficiently, improve store conversion and encourage repeat purchases — with measurement that reflects profit, not just revenue.

E-commerce Growth
Revenue is a vanity metric if the margin is not there.
E-commerce marketing has a direct feedback loop: spend, orders and revenue are visible quickly. That visibility can be misleading. A campaign can look successful on revenue while selling low-margin products to customers who never return.
We build e-commerce programmes around contribution and customer value. That means structuring shopping campaigns by product economics, improving product data, prioritising the products and categories that matter most and encouraging second and third purchases.
Because acquisition costs tend to rise as you scale, store conversion and retention are part of every engagement. Small improvements to product pages, checkout and post-purchase communication compound over time.

FAQ

Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
Our marketing work is largely platform-agnostic. We regularly encounter major hosted and self-hosted e-commerce platforms and will confirm any platform-specific technical requirements during scoping.
Can you help with Google Merchant Center issues?
Yes. We diagnose and help resolve feed errors, product disapprovals and data quality issues, and support policy compliance. Final decisions on account suspensions or reviews rest with Google.
Do you handle email marketing?
We plan and build lifecycle and retention programmes and can manage campaigns in your email platform. Commercial electronic messages must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and other applicable laws, which includes having appropriate consent.
How do you measure profitability rather than revenue?
Where you can share product cost and return data, we incorporate it into reporting and campaign structure. Where that is not possible, we use proxies such as product category margins and new customer rates.
